The garden this year is spectacular and I have both Rosemary and Stevia in abundance. Seems a pair destined for a cookie or biscuit.
However, there’s a dearth of information on stevia usage. Recipes extant use an extracted form which I’m not interested in. Fresh or dried leaves of both plants being preferred usage be it crushed, ground, chiffonade etc.
Any ideas or recipes, anyone? A panel of voracious teens stands ready to rate results and eat failures.
