Need fast-track to lucid dreaming

I will second the suggestion of nicotine. Chantix, at least, warns of odd dreams as a possible side effect and I assume one of its main ingredients is nicotine. I take a drag of my e cig just before bed specifically for the purpose of dreaming.

Though a bit out of the practice now, for years I would record my dreams in a journal, including possible interpretations, things during the day that may have influenced them, etc. I not only got to the point where I understood my dreams, but I could often control them. It was awesome and I totally understand you desire to have the ability again. If you do find something that works, come back and let us know.

You smiled at someone who didn’t smile back…and now you think the universe has gone cosmically awry? That seems more alarming than the lack of lucid dreaming…
