Need help figuring out Guitar Chords to song

Klaus Badelt is a composer. I believe he studied under Hans Zimmer.
There is a movie titled Extreme Days, and on the soundtrack for that movie, Klaus composed/performed a song or two. The last song on the soundtrack is titled “Jessie and Brian”. I tried to figured out the chords, and all i managed to get was the first 3 or 4.

Luckily, on amazon dot com, you can preview the album, and amazon picks up where i left off. If anyone can figure out the chords played in that preview for me, I would be ever so appreciative.

Step One: Figure out all of the notes played. Use the software transcribers use to slow down music, analyze the sonic spectrum, EQ selectively, or put the recording out of phase (if stereo). Start with the bass note; start with the highest voice; it doesn’t matter. Get all the notes. This will take you a while if you don’t have experience doing this.

Step Two: Decide how you want to call the chords. Is it a C7#11 or a D triad played over a C7 chord? Is it a G7/B or a Bm7b5?
