Need help identifying plant

My neighbor has this vine/weed growing on the top of their retaining wall and I would like to continue it along the top of my section of the wall. The original homeowner who planted it no longer lives there. Can anyone help identify it for me? Three pictures can be seen at:

It’s creeping phlox. You could buy some, or just ask your neighbor if you can divide/dig some of his to transplant.
