Need help to identify an oldie: Dream when you're felling blue

I thought the title of the song that goes"dream.when you’re feeling blue…dream thats the thing to do…was DREAM and perhaps it is…But when I looked under dream a catelogue of names with dream in it knocked over me overwith all the pages.

Please tell me the title and what group or artist was associated with this song…way back when. Thanks in advance

I think the group that had the major hit was the “Pied Pipers.”

If he’s talking “way back when”, I would think the Ella Fitzgerald version would be a more likely choice.
