Need help with senior citizens' housing rights in PA

I live in NY, and I see that a senior citizen more than 62 years of age can exit their apartment lease with only five days’ written notice, if they are moving into senior housing, assisted living, and the like.

I need to know if this is also the case in PA. I can’t find it - I found some gigantic PDFs but it is hard to filter through and find them.

I am asking for my dad who needs to move out of his apartment soon - the landlady has made noises about him having to pay two months’ rent for breaking the lease.

No one knows? Even if someone could tell me where to look to find the laws, I would!

You can google ‘Pennsylvania’ and ‘senior citizen’ and ‘lease’ - optionally with the ‘tenant’ keyword. I tried to do some digging, and couldn’t come up with a specific one for PA.
