Need large sheets of self adhesive UV filter

I’m going to put a large work of art on my wall. I don’t think it will get any direct sunlight. But there’s a lot if intense color on a cloth surface (it’s more of a tapestry than a painting). I have 2 balcony doors (23"x74") and 3 sklylights (2 - 48"x23", 1 is a 23" diameter hemisphere) that I want to put UV filters on.

Can I get wide rolls of it like Saran wrap? Can I get self-adhesive stuff? What the price neighborhood for this much area ?

call a glazier, maybe? real glass filters for cameras run $20 for a 50mm - you can see where that wouold go.

do the window films (which claim to block “UV” (what frequencies, exactly?) actually work?

Many of the rooms on the first floor of my house have 11’ floor-to-ceiling windows, so I get a lot of light and have researched this matter quite a bit.

Most quality window film blocks out 99 percent of UV rays and most infrared rays from the outside.

A professional can install this, but if you’re handy and have reasonable standards, consider doing it yourself.

Though less aesthetically pleasing, you also might want to consider covering your work with UV-filtering plexiglas.

Talk to someone in the framing or art industry first. Some plastics emit gasses that can damage fabrics (saw this on a Martha Stewart the other day)
It would be real bummer to apply window film and find out 5 years from now that the film caused more damage than the UV would have.

Low e glass also blocks UV
