I like the idea of starting my day with a super nutritious smoothie, but I need recipes. What can you recommend?
I don’t want it to be a fruit smoothie with yogurt, honey, etc. I’m thinking more of a veggie based smoothie with greens and so forth. It should be nutritious and energizing. The taste isn’t my main concern, so it doesn’t have to taste great as long as it doesn’t taste so awful that I can’t get it down.
And it would be best if it didn’t involve some exotic ingredients that are hard to find or insanely expensive. I do have a Whole Foods nearby, so it shouldn’t be hard to find most things.
