We have been presented with a translation to one of our Staff Reports; it’s in Dutch.

I need someone to read this over and check it for accuracy, please.

I really don’t have the time to go into detail…but by just reading the Dutch text: it is clear that it wasn’t written by a Dutch person. Sort of like a google translate result, although some sentences are absolutely fine.

I agree: It is completely correct, but the tone/style/snark gets lost. The choice of U vs. je is the most remarkable style choice: That is something google has trouble with.

TL;DR - correct but awkward.
