Need song suggestions for CD

I’m trying to fill about 30 minutes on a CD with up-tempo music for a workout/fast walk/wake-up and need some suggestions:

Here’s what I have so far:

“Get a Move On” - Mr. Scruff
"Ooh La La (Let’s Go Dancing) - Kool n’ the Gang
“Standing Outside…” - Primitive Radio Gods
“Steal My Sunshine” - Len
“All for You” - Janet Jackson (kinda cheesy)
“Life Is a Highway” - Tom Cochrane
“Start the Commotion” - Wiseguys
“Get Down on It” - Kool n’ the Gang

Any suggestions for “upper” songs?

“what cha’ want” or “shes on it” or “sure shot” - all by the beastie boys

“zero” or “bullet with butterfly wings” by the smashing pumpkins

“aisha” by death in vegas

“bombtrack”, “killing in the name”, or “bullet in the head” by rage against the machine.

“under lock” by defenestration. or, indeed, anything from their album “one inch god”

anything off the album “broke” by (hed)p.e.

and lastly, because you said only 30 minutes…oh, say…“heroin” by the velvet underground.

“The Hardest Part” by Blondie Had a friend who did push-ups to it. Tough lyrics: “The hardest part / of the armored car / the man of steel / behind the steering wheel.”

“Burning Down the House” by Talking Heads, maybe paired with “Life During Wartime.” Good driving beats. Add “Take Me to the River” for the cooling-down part.

The Victoria Police Pipe Band’s The Hellbound Train.

The theme from Jonny Quest, covered by the Reverend Horton Heat.

“I am the black gold of the sun” - Gilles Peterson

“6’ underground” - The Sneaker Pimps

“Palmistry” - Tabla Beat Science

“The Best Days” - The Softies

“Feel us Shaking” - The Samples

“Birdhouse in your soul” They Might Be Giants

“Son of a gun” - Vaselines

“Mad World” - Zen Cowboys

“One More Time” Daft Punk, I always liked this song

heh, heh, heh…

Slayer’s entire South of Heaven album clocks in at only 37 minutes but that is too much so go with Reign in Blood. It is only 29 minutes and 100% pure aggression.

How 'bout some old DLR-era Van Halen or some new Metallica?
