Need template help in Outlook '03

I’m attempting to create a template for myself in Outlook '03. I’ve got the basic form saved as my custom template with the text I need, but would like to add something extra.

I receive emails from a certain group in my company that has replaceable text fields. You only have to use one mouse click and it wipes out the existing text when you start typing your own info. For example, one field says “location” and when you click on it, type in “Bend, Oregon.” This is all done within the body of the message.

I’ve searched everywhere and tried to find it in their (not much) Help guide, but have been unable to locate any useful info, or phrase what I’m trying to do in a manner that the subject will come up. Anyone have any idea how the heck to do this?

Sounds like they’ve enabled “use Word as your EMail editor”, and have set up a Form. Check out Word’s help under “Forms” and that should get you started.

No, I don’t use Word as my editor. Hm… Thanks anyway.
