Just learned my Y will be closed til end of June. I use is several times a week for cardio (elliptical) and upper body weights. Is anyone aware of a site that demonstrates workouts that don’t require gym equipment?

Looking for similar information. I have been going to a rehab for improving my leg strength after severing my ACL and LCL in my right knee. I have been able to replace my other exercises, but cannot figure out a way to replace one type of exercise that I feel has been very important in increasing my leg strength.
I would lay on a horizontal bench that is on sliding rails. On the one end is a foot plate that I can either place both legs, or a single leg at a time. The bench was connected to cables and adjustable weights. With this, I could do leg presses for both single legs as well as both legs at once. Because I was laying horizontally, my body weight was a non-factor in this exercise. I am a larger person, so currently trying to do something like this standing is not feesable. Looking for something to replace this while my rehab facility is closed.
