I got a meat grinder for Christmas and want to start making sausage. I know I can go on the internet but that is hit or miss and the Dope has never let me down. I’m thinking country breakfast sausage, italian sausage, brats etc. I also have access to a smoker so polish sausage and other smoked sausages. Maybe salami and other dried sausages too. I’m a carnivore so if you have other ideas like venison sausage with juniper berries I’d appreciate.
I know this is wide open but that is what I’m looking for. Anything and everything.
