Record the alarm. Phase invert the signal and play on your stereo at the same volume. No more sound…no more alarm (in your apartment)
I would record it inyour bedroom, as sound transmission varies as it travels trough materials. You’ll want the closest representation of the signal as it sounds in your room.

During the interlude while we wait for an update, I’ll tell you a happier story. While living in a townhouse in the middle of a bunch of rental units years ago, someone parked his car far enough away that he didn’t hear the car alarm going off every five minutes all night, but the rest of us did. When I went to work in the morning, I set it off one more time putting a note under his windshield, informing him what had been going on all night (sorry, neighbours). It never happened again. Some clueless people CAN learn, it seems.
Spray paint (red) an anarchy “A” symbol on the door. Won’t help, but can’t hurt.
Different departments have different rules, but around here they don’t usually go in unless there are signs of forced entry.
