Neighbor's Dog Skat Dilemma (TMI)

Huh, I didn’t read it to be mentioning odor, but I get what you’re saying. Hey OP: if the smell indeed wafts onto your property, you are absolutely justified in saying something to your neighbors. I recommend tact and a friendly manner just because you don’t want to turn this into a pissing contest, but by all means let them know it bothers you! If you can’t smell it then I still say it’s not worth the risk of causing offense.

Fair enough, sorry I was dismissive. I agree with you that we all should clean up after pets, but it’s easy for even “seemingly civil normal folks” to get lazy or overwhelmed and fool themselves into thinking that since it’s only on their property it’s not hurting anyone. If they are indeed civil folks they’ll be sorry to learn that it’s affecting you so much.

High pitched dog whistle for when you catch them in the act?
