James Levine (longtime conductor of the Met Opera) is another one. Even I, as a music student, had heard the rumors about him through the grapevine. That it took so long to actually investigate him is a tragedy in itself.

I only met Pamela Dean a few times, she seemed nice enough. And I really liked Emma Bull. The late John M Ford was a sweetheart, and I liked the late Joel Rosenberg - who had the worst hotel luck in the world.
Gaiman is also British and handsome in that awkward British way (especially when he was younger). He (at least used to, I haven’t seen him since he married Amanda Palmer) ALWAYS wore his leather jacket - even learning to canoe (with a predictable outcome) and had a bit of a nerd bad boy vibe about him. His first marriage was - as he described it - open (I was never sure if his wife knew that). As I said, never an issue getting laid.

The events started in 2012 with the claim Gaiman kissed her within 10 minutes of meeting her, after that things progressed. It seems to follow the beats of many similar stories. She initially liked the access to her favorite author, but was not interested in his sexual advances.
She attempted to go public previously, but the press was not interested in her story.

Please see any other thread about sexual assault for reasons women do not file police reports. I have no insight into what is true here.
I completely understand there are reasons why women do not always do so. But on something that happened more than a decade ago, it is always nice to see that sort of corroboration. So, I do not say there should be a police report, but if you went to the press instead right afterwards, that would make me go- huh?
Your link says the woman says Gaiman’s attentions culminated in “a traumatic experience on a tour bus”. Meaning… ? Am I supposed to use my imagination?
