Very cool! I’m not a huge fan, but I’ll be checking this out.
…except on the Pono platform, of course. 
I heard about it on the radio today, and of course it sounds like a dream come true to a longtime Neil fan like me, but they said the free access only lasts for the first four weeks. Anybody knows better? Or is that a regional thing (I’m in Germany)?
Btw., I used to download every scrap by Neil Young back in the napster days that hadn’t been officially released, and though those were lousy mp3 files, it was a ton of unreleased material which often could keep up with his very best known songs, many real gems. So I’ve been looking forward to this (long, long) announced release of his archives for a long time, but am sure that I’ll never listen to each and every recording in my lifetime. I still have a life to live and some other music to listen to :).

At least that’s what I thought. I’m listening to After The Goldrush and remembered this thread and the fact that it’s already 12/1/2017 in my neck of the woods. So over to http://www.neilyoungarchives.com, but damn, it’s still not functional, but that gives me an excuse to go to bed. Hope the site will be up when I awake :).
Let’s go to the quarry and throw stuff down there Glad to see I’m not the only one up past midnight who checked (and was disappointed).

I’m in SEAsia and have spent a good part of the day trying to figure the time difference to know when to tune in. Until my brain hurt, dammit! (It’s Dec 1st here too.)
Now8ve just given up and check every hour. It’s just easier!
The new album The Visitor is up on Spotify, and presumably other places, if anyone wants something to listen to while you wait. After one listen, it’s better than the last few but still nothign special, in my opinion.
My understanding is that the streaming will start up after the concert, which starts at 8PM ET.
So tomorrow, in other words, at least for the left coast.

I’m listening to Neil Young’s first recording, Aurora by The Squires as I type this (and it’s pretty good, too!).
I have the weekend off, too! This is gonna be a lot of fun!
Yeeeeeah, it’s alive! And working, I anticipated an instant server overload, but so far it streams well. I’m listening to the “Topanga” Disc from the Archives, never heard it before. I will be locked into my room listening for at least the next three weeks :D.
