Nelson-Denny reading test scoring

I recently took a Nelson-Denny reading test and scored a 14.7. I’m not sure what to make of this score. I tried googling but most results were either websites selling the N-D product, test prep, or some vague papers about having to be scored within a certain percentile for qualifications for certain programs.

Is there a resource I can look at to better understand the scoring?

The sheet I got said that for high school freshman a 9 is average, sophmore 10, junior 11 ect.

But I got a 17 and english is not one of my best classes, so I don’t know how accurate that is.

I’m not quite sure what the highest possible score is, but if you ever find out, tell me.
