Neo-Nazis and "False News" in Canada

In his column Who makes electric chairs and other equipment for executions?, Cecil mentions in passing that Ernst Zundel was on trial in Canada for the offence of spreading false news, in relation to his denial of the Holocaust.

Ultimately, the Supreme Court struck down the offence of spreading false news as unconstitutional: R. v. Zundel, (1992) 2 S.C.R. 731. The Court held that the provision infringed freedom of expression, contrary to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

The subject of this thread was supposed to be: Neo-Nazis and “False News” in Canada. Arnold, can you fix it?

Done. As UncleBeer mentioned once in a thread in “About This Message Board” (I don’t have time to search for it right now), words in quotation marks don’t show up in a thread subject IF you use preview. One of the features of vBulletin.

Also you will notice that I made a mistake and put the subject in the OP also. C’est la vie!
