I’m FairyGodmom27 on there and my pet is fairytiggmo a blue Kacheek who just loves chocolate and hates those splime things. 
Another peeve I have is with regard to the Trading Post: people make up a junk lot and ask for faeries, codestones, paint brushes… Shyeah! I’ve just got to have those Baked Beans, dude!
Have you noticed some of your weapons not working? I don’t mean all of your weapons not working on occasion. I mean, do you have weapons (or abilities) that seem to never work - they don’t even register in the Battledome when you use them? I sent a message to the Battledome address but never got a response. I have a Mad Clock that worked reliably for a while, then nothing. My Hawk Bracelet did nothing. I know there are some weapons that are supposed to fail on occasion - they miss or freeze - but at least the game tells you what’s going on.
Oh, and if you go to this guy’s site it has more info about the books than you ever thought you needed, and it includes his theory of why your pets find some books boring and not others.
