What is the Straight Dope on NESARA (National Economic Security and Reformation Act)? In my short searching for it I mostly come up with conspiracy sites.

I have a friend whom I love very much, but who believes in all sort of nutcase international conspiracies. Here is a link to a blog about it (not my friend, who is mostly internet illiterate). Beware, it is long and gets less and less coherant the longer it goes on. Is there a website which explains this wierdness?

Well, Wikipedia has what seems to be a nicely skeptical article on the subject. Personally, whenever I see the word “Ramtha” attached to anything, my eyes roll reflexively; but perhaps you’re more open-minded than I.
