The story so far:
Net neutrality has been repealed and mostly rolled back.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

FCC forced to ask for public feedback on net neutrality repeal

It defeated Mozilla’s attempt to undo the net neutrality ruling, but courts want the FCC to check its working.

I don’t expect this to result in any sort of complete reversal, but maybe the courts will restore a few more pieces of it.

This was almost a pit thread, because.

The Register claims that the FCC is behaving churlishly, burying its request for comment in a wordy title that does not reflect its true intentions.

The court also said the FCC hadn’t adequately considered how repealing the net neutrality rules would affect public safety, utility pole regulations, and an FCC program called Lifeline that subsidizes phone and internet service for low-income families.

Instead of tossing out the FCC’s order entirely, the court gave the FCC the chance to address those issues. But former FCC lawyer Gigi Sohn says the courts could strike down more of the new rules if it finds the agency’s response unsatisfactory.
