I don’t expect this to result in any sort of complete reversal, but maybe the courts will restore a few more pieces of it.

The court also said the FCC hadn’t adequately considered how repealing the net neutrality rules would affect public safety, utility pole regulations, and an FCC program called Lifeline that subsidizes phone and internet service for low-income families.
Instead of tossing out the FCC’s order entirely, the court gave the FCC the chance to address those issues. But former FCC lawyer Gigi Sohn says the courts could strike down more of the new rules if it finds the agency’s response unsatisfactory.
