'Net neutrality vote on December 21... What'll happen?

Though the agenda is still tentative, the FCC is apparently voting on Net Neutrality rules on the 21st.

House Republicans are already gearing up their opposition.

As I remarked in a previous thread about this issue, I can at least understand conservatives who fear that these rules are just a foot in the door towards widespread government control of the Internet. I understand/respect a lot less those who outright don’t know what it is, or think it’s all about imposing “Fairness Doctrine” style rules on content.

Anyway… What do you think will happen?

In case I don’t make it, tell my wife hello.
