I just watched The West Wing on Netflix Streaming, and based on that they recommended a “Netflix Original Drama” called House of Cards. This appears to be a remake of a British miniseries of the same name, except transplanted to the US. The British version, BTW, was excellent. In the remake, Kevin Spacey plays the guy who was promised a gig, and then felt screwed over by not getting what he wanted, and starts plotting revenge.
Odd too in that the program isn’t even available until February, but they’re recommending it, and you can’t even add it to your queue yet.
But I’m a big fan of Spacey and the uber gorgeous Kate Mara, so I’ll probably watch it.
I don’t recall ever seeing a Neflix production before. Is this a first?
