Netscape f'ckin SUCKS...

I have been trying to get into my acct for netscape, and it says that my id and password are wrong !!! I have not chgd it, nor have I canceled it. So, i try finding a customer service number on the site, and it directs to some AOL number. Call them, and after 15 minutes of waiting, someone says to call another number. Call that number. After another 10 minutes, someone says, no call this number. And the number they gave me was the first one ! They said I had to punch a certain number while listeing to the recording. Now, couldn’t the first people I called have told me that ? Or at least transfered me, since I was already connected !? Finally, after 1/2 hr on the phone, listening to recordings, the nestcape customer service says that I have to open a “service call” for 30 before they even listen !?!? And ask for my CC No. while on hold. What the fu%! Now I have lost my entire email acct and all its contents, becaue they want me to pay to fix their mistake.

They SUCK. SUCK, I tell you, SUCK. SUCK like no other co. SUCK like no other entity. For the life of me, I don’t understand how their customer service can SUCK so bad.

Sorry, my friend. But that’s what you get for using a product owned by AOL/Time Warner.

Is it possible to go through life not using any product owned by AOL/Time Warner?

Microsoft is the other alternative.

Yeah, but who wants to take a chance on a mom and pop company that is so small it could be gone tomorrow because they couldn’t pay the phone bill…
