Definition of comedic irony : I went to Disneyland Paris once, to my great annoyance. American friends of my parents wanted to visit it and needed a guide/translator. 'Cause y’know, when you’re in Paris for the first time, it’s Disney time :). But that’s not the ironic bit. The ironic bit is : as far as I could tell, every cashier, waiter and whatnot in Disneyland Paris ? American. Disney don’t mess around when it comes to copy/paste.

Now that I think about it, your Feds may want to look into it. Disney may very well have huge cloning vats somewhere under Anaheim’s Magic Mountain.

I don’t mean to intrude, but my (American) half-sister, who lives in France, used to be a performer at Euro-Disney. It makes sense, though: Americans like to go to Euro-Disney, and it’s easier to find Americans who speak good English than Europeans, plus it’s familiar to the American workers.

Well to be fair, only around 1% of Euro Disney visitors are American. And only 40% or the visitors are French. And in the last 10 years of so I believe more Japanese went there than Americans. Maybe Americans like to go there, but it seems thats just because a lot of people do- its the most popular French tourist attraction, and American visitors are a huge minority there.
