D’oh! See, here we are learning all kinds of trivial details about one another and skipping over the obvious ones.
As for my upcoming statement, let’s just say while yours was good, mine’s gonna be great!
I appear to be losing the biggest! Um … go me.
Woo! Exactly 0 worms for me!
You all have pre-approved cards from the Banque de Wormz. No deposit needed, but I wouldn’t want to go too deep in dept.
Cause we all know what happens to worms who can’t pay their debts?
I’ve heard about those Icelandic banks, you know…
LOL
**
I met all four of my grandparents before they died.
I have shopped at WalMart a couple of dozen times.**
**I was lucky enough to meet all 4 of my grandparents, but I only have Granny left now.
Yeah, I love a Super-Walmart…although I hate shopping there. The prices are low and you can get everything in one place, but it’s always crowded and the checkout lines are long and the checkerpersons are slow. I also don’t like unloading my cart onto the belt. I like to fill it up and have the cashier unload it and check it.**
**I met two of my grandparents. The other two died before I was born.
I shop at Wal-Mart all the time.**
**I’ve met three-quarters of my grandparents
However, I’ve never shopped at Wal-mart. If the statement had been ‘never been to Wal-mart’, I would have lost another worm, though, since I went there with a friend once while she returned a camera**
Let’s bring on the next two statements:
Mahaloth says:
Never Have I Ever worked or attended school on my birthday
Which I have, pretty much since I started school
And notfrommensa says:
Never Have I Ever owned a houseplant
I’ve had a few; they’re all dead now
**I worked on my birthday just ten days ago
But I’ve never owned a houseplant
**
Mahaloth says:
Never Have I Ever worked or attended school on my birthday
Summer birthday, but I have worked on it.
And notfrommensa says:
Never Have I Ever owned a houseplant
They cry when I buy them…
Mahaloth must have been born on a holiday, like Dec 24 or 25th.
I have worked, gone to work, and gone to school on my birthday.
FTR, I have gone to work on Xmas day, and xmas eve. Being single, I often substituted for co-workers (w/ families) who had to work on those days. Holidays are just another day for me.
**I don’t remember taking the day off school for my birthday.
I had a cactus - does that count?**
**Yes, I’ve spent plenty of B-days in school or at work.
Yes, I’ve owned several houseplants over the years**
**I’ve met my grandparents
I’ve shopped at Walmart**
I’m not sure if I’ve had a birthday before on a day I went to school
I’ll have to ask my mom, she’d probably know.
I was born on November 22nd…which, in the US, in the year 1979 (when I was born) was Thanksgiving. Since then my birthday has fallen on Thanksgiving a few times, but other times it’s off that holiday from anywhere to one or two days to even a week.
However most schools, around that time, let out for the holiday. Again, I’ll ask today and get back to you.
Never bought or owned a houseplant
**Yes, I’ve often worked or gone to school on my birthday.
Yes, I’ve owned a houseplant**, although just two, an English ivy and an aloe that survived even my less-than-green thumb.
Ha, dude! You’re six days older than me
