As I suggested in this thread, I think it’s time for folks at the Straight Dope to put their photo manipulation skills at work, and “fix” some book covers so that they’re more accurate.

OK, so the second link from the OP appears to be a book called “The Rainbow Fish”, but it’s in some Asian language. Is there actually an edition in a language most Dopers might have read?
