New barrels for my Rossi shotgun?

I recently purchased a Rossi S121240STD single shot, break action 12 gauge shotgun set up for deer and turkey. The barrel also comes with removable choke (improved cylinder in this case). Apparently it was also supposed to come with a cylinder bore choke tube that was missing from the box. In any case, I am trying to determine if I can purchase a spare barrel for it. Several single-shot Rossis are available with multiple barrels and I want to know if any of those other barrels are compatible with this model. My research has turned up nothing. I also want to know if I can pick up other Rossi chokes for it, specifically a modified choke.

Have you tried contacting Rossi? Or maybe a local gunsmith?

Why would you want an improved cylinder choke on a deer/turkey gun? I’d think you’d want a full choke for that. Better range, tighter pattern.

I’m certain you can get any choke you want for it. I’m not certain that barrels are that easy to change on a break action firearm, it probably possible, but maybe a bit more difficult than a pump or semi-auto gun.

But what other barrel would you want, other than a rifled slug barrel? It’s not like that thing is a goose gun.

Are you planning to use it more for turkey or deer?
