I’m the one that started this thread and I obviously agree that New Deal Democrat has racist views. But we’re a couple of hundred posts into it by now and simply stating repeatedly that he’s racist and bigoted isn’t adding anything new to the debate. You’d do better contributing something beyond what’s already been said.
And the points you did make were anecdotal. While your IQ is impressively high, I’m sure there are black people who support NDD’s belief by having IQ’s of 70. And while there indisputably are white criminals, there indisputably are also black criminals. You and NDD could throw individual facts at each other forever. You need to step back and present at the overall data.
Finally, was it necessary to mention your IQ score three times? You’ll make more of an impression by demonstrating your intelligence rather than proclaiming it. Even if you are the most intelligent person in the room, you contribute more by sharing your knowledge rather than just telling everyone else you have it. And, as a bit of advice, there are a lot of very smart people on this board - it’s a bad idea to assume you’re the smartest one around.

Well, of course you take me out of context. My 'impressively high IQ", is not the issue, it was, as you say, “anecdotal”, and more of an attempt to counter NDD’s repeated mentioning of how desperate , inadequate and depraved blacks were.
I didn’t see any evidence of anyone taking him to task for that, though I’m sure he has been. I have no illusions of being the most intelligent one in the room. I take comfort in knowing I can keep up with the most intelligent one in the room.

Nah, I’m black and while I don’t particular like fried chicken, I’m not really into it that much…in fact, I can say I only eat fried chicken when theres no other option. (work schedule go to KFC and grab a bite 'cuz its close and I gotta get back, etc.). But they opened a new Churches Chicken in Fayetteville. Maybe they add the special ingredient that will turn me into a Scary Black Criminal. (doubtful, my wife bought some home and I thought it sucked.)
