Seems he skipped bail in Mexico see http://starbulletin.com/breaking/breaking.php?id=4872
Interesting story. I remember when that Mexico bust went down. Not sure how to feel about this. On the one hand he brought back a real dirtbag, on the other hand he broke the laws of Mexico and the arrest probably could have been made without him. It looks like he just wanted the bounty.
Oh well, if you’re going to break the laws of another country, you’re going to have to deal with the consequences.
Chapman is a murderer and a career criminal who’s been arrested dozens of times and was a member of a racist criminal biker gang. You’ll forgive me if I’m less than sympathetic.
RickJay, could you elaborate? I do not doubt you, just curious as to the background. While I’m generally anti-reality TV I tend to hear about the show from my mom, her friends and one of my best friends. At least my best friend watches to giggle at the show (and the guy’s semi bald mullet). When the thing with Luster in Mexico went down, I was ambivalent like Diogenes. Luster is a very bad man and I’m glad he was caught and is now locked away; but I also felt that he’d have been picked up without bounty hunters.
All this and Chapman didn’t even get the reward.
Here’s some stuff on Chapman from Wiki.
I just saw this story, and I think it’s hilarious. What hypocrite trash. All that balloon juice from him about “doing the right thing” to the people he’s arresting, and now he’s going to jail in MEXICO. That cracks me up.
