I turned off the ringer on my phone. All calls go directly to my answering machine.
It is wonderful. No more obnoxous ringing of the phone…I can eat, watch television, be on the computer…whatever…and when I hear the pleasant voice of someone I wish to speak with, I pick up the phone. If it is a salesperson or someone I don’t want to talk to at the moment, I go back to what I was doing.
No more ringing phone.
