New Orleans Tabasco and hot sauce, what do these condiments go on?

I’ve been thinking I need to make a mess of greens. I know I have a hamhock in the freezer.

Oh, Lord yes. Tasty stuff!!!

Most other hot sauces will not cut it, though. The exception being Red Devil.

Also, I cannot eat a reheated pizza without some sort of hot sauce. Preferably Frank’s Red Hot, both others will do also,

Trappeys Bull is pretty good too, although a little different, as it’s made from red jalapenos and not cayenne peppers. Still in the vinegary Louisiana style though.

Yeah, I do the Tabasco & ketchup thing as well. If for some reason the place doesn’t have Tabasco, black pepper and ketchup is quite nice, too, though a completely different flavor and type of heat.
