Anyone made any? The only one I’ve made is to do more decluttering.
I decided to attack problems on several fronts with one simple thing that I cannot for the life of me seem to do very long: drink more water. I set a couple of alarms on my phone and when they go off, I drink my bottle and fill it up again. So far so good.
I think I’ve done well by setting the bar fairly low…after all, drinking more water could mean just a tablespoon! But my good intentions are strong at this point, so I’m drinking water anytime I think of it, not just at the alarms. My pee looks like vodka.
I don’t do New Years resolutions, but did pick 1/1/17 as the day to begin a year of no alcohol. Did in once before and started on Halloween.
I think I’ll resolve to stop procrastinating. Maybe tomorrow, or next week at the latest.
