It’s doubly racist when you consider that 52% of white women DIDN’T vote for Trump. 52% of white women who went out to vote voted Trump. Big difference. All in all, a minority of white women voted for Trump.
It’s triply racist when you consider that Jeong made that tweet in July 2016, 4 months before the election, when she had no way of knowing how white women would vote.
Does it have to be over 50% to condemn the whole group as Trump-enablers?

Of course there’s a finite pool of energy people can expend on the problem. If nothing else, people only have twenty-four hours in a day. I think it makes sense to organize a protest against excessive police violence against black suspects before a protest against the low number of Oscar nominations for black actors. I’m not denying these are both problems but they’re not problems of equal importance.

Its not racist in the using the “zero-tolerance” methodology. It is racist using the real world methodology. You dismiss the experiences and the words of black people. You don’t fucking care. Jeong has done more to fight for the rights of the marginalized than you will ever fucking do. It was an informal discussion between a couple of friends about the up-coming election. That white women were trending voting for Trump, the margins for the next election were going to be tight, and if white women voted they way they always voted then it will be enough to push the election Trumps way. And that is exactly what happened.
So your question really misses the point. Its not about assigning responsibility but acknowledging reality.
