On the plus side, he was penalized for it. Not always the case.

It’s interesting that they’re holding the play clock at 29 seconds. I thought after any measurement (any officiating at all) they wound the 25 second clock.

I thought the Browns looked pretty decent. Great run game, decent enough defense, Jacobi being inefficient and not making mistakes, it’s an old school recipe that can keep you competitive in games and pull in some wins. I mean, the Browns are one flukey comeback away from being 3-0 under Brissett.

Carson Wentz sacked NINE times by our defense today, most in his career. Poetic justice on film. 
The Lions were the Lions. Up by 3 at the Vikings 36, 4th and 4 with 1:14 to go. Either go for it and try to ice the game, or punt and pin them deep. A 54 yard field goal attempt is the only wrong choice - if you miss you’ve given them an extra 8 yards, and even if you make it, a touchdown still beats you.
Of course, they attempt the field goal, miss, and the Vikings come back with a TD for the win.
