That was Favre’s second TD pass of the game, and the Vikings 3rd overall.
That makes it worse, not better. 
Niners fan? I’m not going to smack talk, they played great and probably should have won, but that wasn’t some ham and egger wearing number 4. When the Niners were blitzing a lot in the first half, Favre was eating them up. In that situation, with a 4 point lead and a minute left on the clock, dropping everything back is the only way to go, a QB hitting on a pass like that is low percentage, but it happens. It doesn’t mean the wrong defense was called.
Boy next Monday night is going to be fun, ain’t it?
