NFL Week 7

How 'bout dem Bears.

And it looks like the Saints hype might have come a week too soon.

So, does anyone know if Marion Barber got hurt again? Right now he has 1 rush for -2 yards on my fantasy team and it hasn’t updated for a while. I can only assume he’s out of the game.

Lots of blowouts again this week. Not much of that parity, every team is mediocre, that we were seeing a few years ago.

:D. It is kinda fun seeing Benson have such a good game against the Bears.

Jets have a 37-point lead over Oakland, and that’s the closer of the two games on right now.

Not much parity this year.

I declare this Blowout Week, although rumors of the Saints’ demise may have been premature.

How bloody awful was the 49ers offense with Shaun Hill, and how much did it improve with Smith in there?

It wasn’t that awful- Hill didn’t throw a pick and completed 6 out of 11 passes. It’s not his fault Gore was totally shut down.

You must be out of your mind.

Oh, wait, every time the Steelers win it’s because of the refs. In other words, a typical whiny Sunday for the haters. Carry on.

At least we don’t have a rapist for a quarterback.

Ah, the false accusations. I was wondering when they would come.

The refs totally took Pat Williams out of the game and let the Steelers run rough-shod over the Vikes.

On the NFC East front, the Cowboys thumped the Falcons good, though both sides had trouble running the ball. Mike Austin is on fire right now. And I’m a lock for either first or second in this weeks pool. Now if the Cards can just keep the Giants from winning…

I wonder why the Rams bother to play these games when they do not have enough players to field a team.

Maybe James Harrison and Pat Williams can have dinner and talk about how they get held ON EVERY SINGLE PLAY AND IT NEVER GETS CALLED.

I didn’t see the whole game, so take this for what it is worth: The Vikings were penalized 11 times to the Steelers 3 (The Vikings were averaging 4 penalties a game before that game). The Steelers also got, I believe, 3 first downs off penalties. Make of that what you will.

The “tripping” call was completely bogus and made a 14-point difference in the game. Steelers won by 10.

Make of that what you will.

Oh, your tears. They fill me with sustenance.

You can’t deny the call was bogus, though, can you?

No tears here. I thought it was a pretty good game. I watch, I move on.

Corey Webster just got away with blatant pass interference on Fitzgerald. He was draped over his back a good half-second before the ball got there.
