I was raised addressing my grandfather as Pa. Fairly dull, but I figure I should bring it up since no one else has mentioned it.
My dad is Boompa. It’s a direct steal from Jimmy Stewart in Mr. Hobbs Takes a Vacation.
I had Grampy and Grandpere (alright, so the latter is just French for grandfather, but it helped distinguish between them).
My grandfather is “Boo.” Being his first grandchild, I had the honor of coming up with it (if not just because I couldn’t pronounce “Grandpa” at 1.5 years old).

When the first neicephew arrived in our family, my mother specifically insisted on being “Meemaw” to differentiate between the various other grandmas and great-grandma’s. Our Dad is called Pawpaw, Poppi, and Pahpah by the various kids.

This page gives Dviadek as the Polish term. I like the fact that Norwegian and Swedish have separate words for “maternal grandfather” and “paternal grandfather”, as do Chinese and Vietnamese.
