I saw it yesterday at the IMAX, and I really enjoyed it. The others with me enjoyed it as well. It was exactly what we expected, no more no less. Some mindless entertainment worthy of killing two hours with.
I’m not sure what the beef of the OP is. I really don’t think one generally goes to a Ben Stiller / Robin Williams movie about a museum which comes to life at night expecting “High Art”
