I knew i should have picked nixing Binks for #10, but I really hated the actors who played annakin. Especially Jake Lloyd. I think people don’t like to pick on little kids so they focussed on Jar-Jar, but there are good child actors out there. Lloyd’s delivery involved bellowing all his lines at the top of his lungs.

I think it’s more due to Lucas coaxing bad performances out of his actors. Not that Jake Lloyd was a massive talent (did he ever make another movie?) but from what I’ve heard, Lucas pushes actors in bad directions.
