Now that they’ve cracked down on Ninjavideo, what are the alternatives?
I’m in Canada, so it’s important I can stream from here, which I am aware, not all sites offer. (and, not breaking the law, as yet!)
What are you using instead?

I’m actually surprised the site was actually shut down. YouTube has the exact same problem, but usually only the uploader has problems. They must have not had a good takedown ability or policy.
I’m not quite sure what you want to do. If you’re just hosting original videos, why not use YouTube? Is it the 11 minute time limit? Other video sites include Metacafe, Veoh, Daily Motion, Google Video, MySpace Video, and Megavideo.
If you want an IMHO answer, the only ones I’ve actually used are Veoh and MegaVideo (the latter has a 72 minute time limit unless you pay.)
If you are looking for the type of videos that were there, well, they’re out there. I’m not sure how much else I can say here. But I will point out that there are search engines specifically for this purpose.
I was looking for a place to watch tv on my computer. And, actually, it’s not for me, it’s for a friend who doesn’t have a tv. Currently running shows, as well as past seasons. That sort of thing.
I loved my Ninjavideo. Now I don’t know where I’m going to be able to get the new series of Dexter at almost the same time as those who are paying a subscription to some cable company.
