Today Al Franken was talking about this on his show; he described Mr. Cohen as a “crook” who secured an improper loan and left a giant mess behind him. And apparently right-wing talking heads are using phrases like “Air Enron”, since clearly Air America is just as bad as Enron (if you’re a halfwit).

You are aware, aren’t you, that grant money for programs for children and the elderly was abruptly pulled from the Gloria Wise Center, and day to day administration of these programs was transferred to other agencies, like the Jewish Association for Seniors for Aged and the Police Athletic League. In addition, the center is the target of an ongoing probe by the city’s Department of Investigation, and New York Attorney General Spitzer seems to be assisting in this.
