Do any of the comics ever address how civil or even family law works in Mega-City One? Can private citizens and/or corporations still sue each other? Do the Judges handle it, or is there a more conventional judicial system in place for it? Does the legal profession exist in any form? For that matter how do the Judges handle stuff like white-collar crime?
