There’s this one chick in Kill Bill who can speak Japanese, English and French. Is she the same lady who has a spot on Japanese television teaching English? Named “Grace” or something like that?

Nope, that’s the lovely and talented Julie Dreyfus.
Julie Dreyfus (who played Sofie Fatale) is French-Japanese in real life, and apparently did most of her acting in Japan. She even appeared as a guest judge on an episode of Iron Chef! Interestingly, she was also listed as the casting director for Kill Bill.
