I noted that in #11. But he wasn’t first, just earlier. Tyrants have long been predicted.
I am actually pretty fond of his book Little Heroes … whole masses of the population disenfranchised and on the dole [they get people kibble =) ] and the music and film industry have gone to computer generated entertainers that are so well processed that you can not tell they are generated. And they bring back Glorianna O’Toole, the Grand Old Lady of Rock n Roll =) a nod to Janice Joplin.
But really, entertainment and the dole as the bread and circuses, massive lack of jobs, and redjack [brain drouds] as the major opioid of the masses. Good reading, but sometimes scary.
