Normans Rare Guitars sold and will continue operations

Norman’s Rare Guitars has been a important music shop in the LA Area for decades.

Most of the great guitarists like Joe Bonamassa, Billy Strings, Dave Grohl shop at Normans. The shop has a youtube channel that features celebrities in the shop.

Norm is getting older and was in the hospital. No one was sure if he could work again. Thankfully he is back.

Its time to sell and keep the shop open.
That will save their large collection of rare guitars from liquidation.

The closing of local Music Stores is a growing problem. I used to spend my free time visting stores and looking at inventory. All my favorite shops are gone now.

According to TNAG, the nitty-gritty of the deal includes, of course, the store’s 1,000±strong guitar collection, and, notably, Harris’ personal and private collection. The store itself, TNAG says, will continue to operate in its current physical location, “with its team and culture remaining fully intact.”
