North Korea Dream Video Shows U.S. City In Ruins After Missile Attack

If we feel free to use NK as the aggressor and mortal enemy in Red Dawn, the remake, why shouldn’t they have a bit of poke at us? they know that we clearly have no intention of taking out their nuclear capability, so they have nothing to lose. If they develop a system that can hit Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, Okinawa, Taiwan and, perhaps, Australia along with a bit of the West Coast, and make stern threats to use it, we will ask them to agree not to nuke us in exchange for more food and consumer goods. Rinse, lather…repeat. They’ve already destabilized the mid east (Iran). and could easily get some extra cash from Venezuela’s oil money. But, since they haven’t actually tossed a nuke at us yet, we won’t risk world opinion by simply flattening Pyongyang and their nuclear facilities, the work of a few days for our B-2’s.

It’s still on the HuffPo site.

Try to mock N. Korea, and they will write your jokes for you. In case anyone hasn’t seen it yet, here’s Cracked.com on the subject:

You do realize that ‘we’ didn’t re-make Red Dawn…right? It was a film studio, not the US government that made it. And they used North Korea simply because the Soviets are gone now, and using the Chinese was probably deemed a bad marketing move (just in case some Chinese actually want to rent it…or, more likely, for product placement since the Chinese wouldn’t be amused).

Damn, I was just kidding.

Wait, so Activision owns We Are the World?

Bob Ducca called it.

I was halfway expecting something more like this to pop up in that man’s dream at some point.

I thought only a virgin can tame a unicorn.

“Behold our glorious victory! No more will our citizens struggled through the dark of night! Free lighting for everyone!”

I know I should be laughing at this, but it really did disturb me.
