Well,

At least according to the North Koreans. They found Unicorns! Well, dead Unicorns but still Unicorns.

And, if I recall correctly, the most honorable and perfect leader already invented Rainbows. So, as we should have suspected, North Korea is the source of all little girls dreams.*
