I’ve been trying for 3 days and I have spoken to 8 customer service reps about my state inspection document. Everything else has been approved, license, background check, driving record (perfect for the last 7 years). I have uploaded the official state inspection document you get when you have an inspection in VA, was told by various customer service reps that it was blurry, or had a shadow, or was a photocopy of the original. None of this was true. I have uploaded an inspection form sent to me by an Uber rep, which I took to the inspecation station and had them fill out and sign. I have taken a picture of the inspection sticker on my windshield. And I keep getting this notice that it is not the right document. I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor twice, the first time I was told one was not available, the second time the line went dead 30 seconds after I was trransferred
Why not sign up for Lyft, Doordash, etc?
I have, not enough in the summer with students away, Lyft not very popular here
